YKS Yapı İnşaat was established in Istanbul in 2002. We provide turnkey contracting services for residential, commercial, and industrial structures, while also supplying skilled labor and on-site services to construction sites.

Our business is the transfer of loads: from column to foundation, and from foundation to the ground. We verify every detail—from steel to reinforced concrete—through structural calculations, oversee the construction process ourselves, and treat the delivery date as a firm commitment.
