YKS Yapı İnşaat was founded in Istanbul in 2002. We undertake turnkey projects in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, and also provide qualified workforce and on-site services to construction sites.
Our job is to transfer loads: from column to foundation, from foundation to ground. We verify every detail, from steel to reinforced concrete, with static calculations, conduct manufacturing under our own supervision, and consider the delivery date a commitment.
We apply the same discipline to our workforce: certified workers, welders and skilled workers, transportation, and site cleanup. Whether we undertake the entire project or just provide the team you need — this is why developers, business owners, and corporate clients choose us: work with a clear budget and schedule.
